This redemption is only applicable to eligible customers who have received a redemption SMS from UOB.

 

All required fields in the redemption form must be completed.

 

You may visit go.uob.com/wpb > Save and redeem for guidance on redeeming your gift at Axxel Marketing.

 

Please bring your SMS sent by UOB for redemption at Axxel Marketing.

 

If you are unable to collect in-person, you may authorise another person to collect on behalf. Visit go.uob.com/wpb > Save and redeem to obtain the authorisation form under Official Redemption centre. Thank you.

Change of collection date can be done by filling the form again up to 2 working days before previously selected collection date.

You cannot request for change of collection date 1 working day before collection date.

Eg. You selected collection date on Monday, 5 May 2025. The latest you can change the collection date is on Friday, 2 May 2025.

You will not be allowed to change collection date from 3 May 2025 onwards.

Your redemption had been prepared, no further changes can be made to the collection date.
